DSPD Project

Panther Games was awarded a contract to provide analyst/tech writer services for the new Defence Service Delivery Platform  ( DSDP ) project being conducted for the Australian Department of Defence Chief Information Officer’s Group by Hewlett Packard. The project involves a major upgrade of Defence’s service desk capability. Panther Games was responsible for managing all document configuration and deliverables and for developing sections of the Integrated Logistic System Instruction. The project ran from late May to end of August 2010, culminating in the opening of the new service centre in Canberra. The project was completed successfully on time and within budget.
